Notice of Claimed Infringement

Pursuant to Title 17, Section 512(c)(2) of the United States Code, if you believe that any copyrighted material is being infringed through content linked on this website, you may submit a written notification to our designated agent.

All DMCA notices must be sent to admin@MascVault.com with the subject line DMCA. Notifications not compliant with the requirements below may receive no response.

Required Information

To be effective, your notification must include all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, including a description and, where possible, a copy or URL of an authorized version
• Identification of the material you believe to be infringing, including its location on this site (URL or sufficient description to allow us to locate it)
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative

Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, MascVault will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will notify the affected party where appropriate.

We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice where infringement is apparent.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to admin@MascVault.com with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notification, including:

• Identification of the material removed and its previous location on the site
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in the United States
• Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

MascVault maintains a policy to remove links to content from sources that are subject to repeated valid DMCA notices.
